I made this yummy corn bake twice in the last two days once on Monday I made to exactly to the recipe on Monday and it turned out great Tuesday I doubled the recipe cause I'm making for a potluck at work tomorrow it wasn't quite as good, but still good don't double the recipe do it as is and it tastes better than the corn cake at Don Pablo's for some reason it's a Mexican themed pot luck not sure why, but whatever I'm sure it will be good.
